Thai Yoga Therapy
An international fusion trend; consisting of a series of interactive, flowing movements, stretches and rhythmic massage, along all the body's energy lines and pressure points. The course is taught by Deon de Wet from USA, and will provide you with the opportunity to offer a therapy that is deeply meditative, resulting in a complete release from mental and physical stress and a therapy that is stimulating when performed vigorously, causing the same after-exercise, "blissed-out" feeling of a good Yoga class.
